財經專家謝金河今（9）日表示，一例一休後大家學會計較、勞資越來越對立。他認為政府要去面對問題，「以前大家都沒事，現在卻因為一例一休後各行業服務品質都下降，我們付的錢一樣多，但獲得的服務都下降，政府要好好解決勞力職缺問題。」

謝金河今日出席《新南向GO! 金融助攻 躍進南向金鑰》論壇時受訪指出，台灣很多勞工過去都是互相幫忙、任勞任怨，而且非常勤快。結果政府推動一例一休後，大家學會計較、勞資越來越對立。

謝金河表示，現在政府將法條訂的太細，造成很多人各自鑽法律漏洞，而且大家現在太強調那個一例、都不想加班，造成很多勞力職缺，現在都沒人做。他認為，政府要去面對問題，「以前都沒事，卻因為一例一休後各行業服務品質都下降，明明我們付的錢一樣多，但獲得的服務都下降。政府該好好解決勞力職缺問題。」
